میں اتنی بھی بری تو نہ تھی جتنا بتایا گیا?

مجھ کو میرے معیار سے اتنا کیوں گرایا گیا?

کبھی رُک کر میرے ساتھ دو قدم چل کر تو دیکھتے,,

میرے سفر کو کیوں اتنا بدنام بتایا گیا?

عجیب سی الجھن میں ٰ میں آج کل ہوں,,

کس گناہ کی خاطر مجھے یوں سولی پر چڑھایا گیا,,?

نہ میں عشق کی ماری نہ پیسوں کی شیدائی,,

علفت کی سب سے تو گناہ گار بنایا گیا?
